Project

Aligning with the organization’s strategic priorities in empowering women for civic engagement, promoting inclusive decision-making and public participation, and increasing political literacy for youth, Madanyat for Equality proposes a project with a sustainable approach aimed at empowering young women within Universities to become active and impactful leaders within civic spaces. Through the provision of training and mentorship sessions, and through the fostering of leadership skills, this project equips women to advocate for gender equality and positive social change within their communities. Women's leadership in civic spaces is crucial for achieving a more just and equitable society. Moreover, when women have a strong voice in decision-making processes, it leads to a wider range of perspectives and better solutions to complex issues. On the other hand, close collaboration with the selected University Secular Clubs will ensure their active participation and ownership of the project’s activities granting sustainability to the project.
